AustraliaFor about 5-6 years I have had a really tough time sleeping because my anxiety peaks at night. However I have been putting 2-3 drops of broad spectrum CBD oil under my tongue just before bed (it goes really well with a night time meditation) and I have been having really solid sleep. I checked my watch app my sleep has increased from 5-6 hours per night to 8-9 hours per night since adding broad spectrum CBD oil into my routine each night.
